Parking Passes for CARE Members!

All CARE members are eligible to register for a free permit for parking at the campuses.  Please note that both Chabot and Las Positas Colleges now use  online parking pass systems that identify valild permits by automobile license numbers. Physical parking passes (hanging from a rear-view mirror) are no longer used.

If you are heading to either campus, please reach out in advance to the respective Campus Safety departments at the phone numbers below, and talk with the officers.  Identify yourself as a past employee of the District, and request their help - they'll need to note what day(s) you plan to visit, as well as your car's license # and description. 

For parking permit assitance at Chabot College  

• Call Campus Safety & Security at 510.723.6923 to speak with an officer.  You can see the staff currently supporting the college at Chabot's Campus Safety website.

• You may also call 510.723.7541 and leave a message stating your request for a parking permit, and provide a contact number.  Or, email them at parkingpermits-chabot@chabotcollege.edu and provide your email address.

•  Call Campus Safety & Security at 925.424.1690.  You can see the staff supporting the college at Las Positas'  Campus Safety website.

• You can also visit the automated permit system at  https://www.tocite.net/laspositascollege/portal/permit.  Scroll down to "Emeritus Permit", click on register, and follow the process to create an account.
